离西北工业大学很近，交通方便，房屋面积比较好。但是设施太陈旧，看看地板图片，其他简陋还没拍照。我一个人住，偶然发现的。在另一个床边上。门开得有技巧，要不然开不开。让修理，被告知所有房间都这样。外线打进电话接听困难，和前台沟通被告知不可接听外线电话。因为已经设施不好换了一间，不想再麻烦了，再说离办事地点很近。房间卫生打扫不是很到位，有蚊子常常不给放蚊香片需要再要。最后交房的时候竟然办理20多分钟，差点误点。总之除了地理位置优越，房间复合正常酒店标准大小外，其他都不满意。有太大的提升空间。
