  酒店前台服务特棒，虽然是疫情期间，但是服务一点没有怠慢，前台办理入住时赠送了口罩及消毒湿巾，措施做的很到位，房间干净整洁，进门口倒的酸梅汤特别好喝，帮忙拉行李送到房间，介绍各项设施服务，真的超级贴心，酒店也有早餐，环境优美，大厅的灯很漂亮，前台咸宁 长陵尤其表扬，真的很棒的小妹妹，以后有机会还会

  酒店大门口还是挺气派的，哈哈，办理入住之后，家人也非常满意，大明小姑娘服务态度很好，免费升级了房间，还送了我们口罩，和温水，西房间面积稍微有点小，但装修的很不错 简单大方，中国风，服务热情周到，客房舒适整洁，装修挺新的，大家可以放心入住。洗衣也非常方面，可以直接烘干，还有免费的熨烫机，可以自己熨衣服，很满意的 推荐推荐哦！

  经常住这家酒店，前台凤城服务态度很好，人美心善，房间环境好，设施也比较不错，很智能化，距离城墙很近，门口就有出租车和公交车，交通方便，服务很热情，办理入住时给我送上了一次性的热香巾还有很好喝的茶！酒店二楼还有自助洗衣房和健身房，很不错，房间性价比高，房间还有免费的矿泉水和冰峰，房间的小度机器人很方便，一直住这家酒店，值得推荐。希望酒店越来越好。

  服务态度蛮不错的，房间设施也比较不错很智能，距离城墙很近各个方面都挺好的，前台服务很热情，办理入住时给我送了一次性的热香巾还有很好喝的茶呦！很贴心热茶口感也很好，停车场也还可以哦 有一个大明小姑娘服务很棒哦 帮我拿行李，讲了一下附近大概的旅游景点，总体也算不错的，都挺不错的房间还有免费的水和冰峰哦，服务人员都很热情呢 推荐推荐哦
