到店了，说没有房间，那干嘛之前确认。服务员态度极差，开房间没有先来后到，我一直等着，一会没有打扫干净的房间，一会没有房间。对此很不满意。就是这个服务员，说她还摔东西。这样的服务态度怎么还能在岗，硬件再好，软服务不行，还是等于零。看又接电话去了。

前台小姑娘服务很好，做到有问必答;没吃早餐，建议适当增加房费可拥有单早。房间设施是最新的，这样的价格很是实在，下次入住还会首选考虑的。
