房间卫生,办理入住及退房都挺好。
说说比较不爽的地方：房间隔音真是太差劲了，一晚上四周传来的叫床声,电视声,说话声就没停过，楼上,隔壁洗澡的流水声都清晰可闻。三四点的时候走廊里还有人跑动的脚步声和喧哗声，治安情况令人担忧。最可恶的是一大早楼上就传来电钻的声音，简直吵死人。

第一次住喆啡，很早就知道这个酒店牌子，总体感觉不错，干净，全部是咖啡主题色，比国庆期间住的亚朵好！

十一期间本想找个舒服的酒店，选择喆啡，按说也还不错吧，4-10层是住宿，我偏赶上10层，谁想11层是家会所还是什么其他的服务机构，无数双高跟鞋不停的走动着，晚上12点多打电话到前台，说是知道这个情况，也反应过，但不管用，那你明知道晚上会扰民干嘛还要把房间给我们，这都1:38分了，高跟鞋不停的响着，从来没住过这么糟心的酒店，也从来没有想到在西安的这一宿竟然是被骚扰着不能入睡。愤怒，从没有过的愤怒。
