第一次住这样的酒店，说是十二点退房到了12.30打的电话，我在开了个钟点房时间到4点，前台打电话说是80元，到我下去退房又说什么100元，我给人家说提前说的是80怎么又收100我觉得不是钱的问题，是你们公司都是这么坑人的吗？

该酒店竟然没有暖气！！！ 这样也就算了，可以理解，只是结果空调也用不了，开了一晚上不制热，睡前室内温度14度，睡醒以后室内温度15度，一个晚上把人冻的没话可说！简直无语，这么冷的天，哎。电视是坏的，各种调试还是看不了！隔音效果也不好，外面车流声很大，老早被吵醒一个晚上都没睡好……
