真的是有史以来住过最差的酒店，就是因为到西安来旅游所以才提前订的酒店，当时订的170一晚挺便宜的所以才下订单，到店之后又跟我说因为调整了订单让我再交一百，说不交就不能办理入住，前台的服务小姐就一直在那儿站着也不办事儿，还让我去找客服协调，看着评价比较高我才来的，真的是让人心寒。
