来到酒店很惊喜的，落地大窗户瞬间叫人感觉舒服。房间一点也不闷。非常感谢前台一个范先生，服务特别周到，给我说了很多西安值得玩的地方，叫我们省了不少钱啊，还节省了时间。酒店特别温馨，叫的外卖都给亲自送到房间，玩了一天，真是不想动啊，酒店太体贴了。还可以免费洗衣服，范先生说酒店还可以帮忙洗衣服，本人不习惯别人洗，自己到洗衣房洗的，不限量，洗衣机还有烘干功能，不错。谢谢美丽的西安，也谢谢h酒店，再次谢谢范先生了

前台的小韩很热情，酒店很温馨，进门有人服务员倒水，还有小吃，房间很干净，烧水还是纯净水，很不错，五星推荐！

办理入住期间前台给倒的酸梅粉，冰冰的很好喝，前台人员礼貌性问好，尤其是前台小姐姐李依依，帮忙提行李刷电梯，大厅还放有水果点心免费吃哦~房间还有免费的咖啡和红茶，客房大姐还给免费洗衣，衣服晾干之后叠整齐送到房间，暖暖的，酒店下次还会来入住！服务也超级棒哦

感觉非常不错，一进到酒店就有服务员给端来了冰凉可口的蜂蜜柚子茶和酸梅汤，好贴心噢！特别是前台小梦服务很周到。房间卫生很好，没有什么味道。服务员都很热情。
