锦江本身设施环境位置都不错，只是入住办理本来以为提前半个月预付款房费办理入住会很顺畅，怎料竟然定了两个房间，结果到店锦江只收到一个房间的订单，反复与酒店、携程客服协调2个多小时，才给安排入住！实在是影响了出游的心情，也使得我们非常疲惫！希望携程今后不要与酒店再出这样的纰漏，给客户带来这么多时间精力上的损失！
