  酒店位置好，出行非常方便，地铁公交都很近；住4楼临街不吵，早晨看北门城楼城墙和日出，风景不错；酒店服务好，早晨提前安排入住了，大堂酸梅汁和柠檬水好喝且免费；点赞酒店早餐，餐点丰富、每日变化，赠送的双早很好。满意的一次入住体验，经济舒适，以后有机会还会入住，推荐！

  位于城墙附近的锦江之星店，位置特别方便，距离钟楼步行10来分钟，和回民街也很近的。酒店有很难的的停车位。隔音效果好，卫生干净，服务热情，价格实惠！总体很满意，下次还会预订的！

  住了十多天昨天发生了不愉快小的插曲让我非常生气😤 本来今天要换酒店了，新的酒店🏨已经预定好了，但是由于锦江之星工作人员积极的解决问题，并没有推卸责任和推脱。特别积极且态度特别诚恳的解决问题让我看到了专业的解决问题的态度。因此果断取消了已预定好的酒店。继续在锦江之星入住。当然因为这件小的插曲，锦江之星工作团队积极响应解决问题的态度让我对于锦江之星服务品质的印象更加分。锦江之星依然是我出行的首选，特别是这家锦江之星西安钟楼北大街地铁站店。

  独自去西安玩，然后中午太热了，出了汗，就想着找个地方歇一会儿洗个澡，正好走到这家酒店门口了，就看了看，还离城墙挺近的位置很好，就定了，特意问前台小姐姐要了一个高一点的楼层，去看城墙，第一回因为方向不对看不到又找前台换了一间，服务很好，房间的卫生也挺干净，服务人员也都挺有礼貌的，好评，以后再去可能会再次入住。（房间的镜子相当亮）

  酒店位于北门，地理位置很棒，非常好找。房间面积大，干净卫生。景观不错，可以欣赏城墙夜景。前台服务周到。总体来说，质优价廉。推荐入住！
