只能说地点不错，其他真的没什么可说，宾馆装修陈旧，空调是中央空调，没法调温度，8月的西安热死人，中央空调你把温度打低点我晚上可以盖被子睡，我竟然睡到半夜热醒了。还有就是没法晾衣服，夏天出去一身汗，衣服每天都洗一堆，没地方晾晒衣服是多么烦的事。再一个宾馆隔音真心的差，睡到半夜能给过道说话声吵醒。

中午到达酒店入住登记，等了好一会差不多轮到我了，旁边来了位男士退房插了我的队，考虑到人家退房应该快的我就到另一边去等，结果等到我时又一个女士插队退房又续住，我也忍了。再回到刚才退房男士那一边，等他结束我准备办入住，又有人来插队退房，我就说了我先来的为什么不给我办？结果大堂的人居然还说人家先来的，当时就把我气炸了。我拿着身份证等了多久都不记得了，前面插我队的都办好走了，居然还不给我办。有这样的道理吗？正常就该排队办理，但是酒店这方面管理乱糟糟，不维护好秩序，还纵容插队，还睁眼说瞎话。差评。其他方面还可以吧，但是第二天我就换酒店了。

位置足够优秀，距离鼓楼和回民街50米，很方便。酒店硬件档次很高，服务好，下次来西安这是首选。就是地下停车场不能直通大厅，算是小小遗憾
