酒店环境不错，交通便利、去回民街也非常便利，周边银行也很方便。前台行李生服务周到，办理入住的工作人员也很细心仔细！楼层服务员态度很好。总而言之选这个酒店还是很不错的！????????

由于疫情的影响，给升级了房型，不得不说酒店这个方面很人性化，很赞！前台接待的工作人员很自信，服务也很好，还提供了专门的消毒凝胶，贴心！

和朋友同行，主要就是玩得开心，睡得舒服，酒店房间挺大，停车方便。来到酒店前台就能感受到星级酒店的服务品质，房间内常用的小物品都准备的很齐全，还在酒店大堂喝了个下午茶，服务态度好，体验也很不错。

酒店在西大街，离钟鼓楼很近，逛街什么的不要太方便。和朋友一起出来玩，从网上预定了这家酒店，体验真的很不错，不管是办理入住还是在房间里，都有很好的体验，有种宾至如归的体验！总体就是两个字满意！

总体来说觉得还是很满意的，首先入住环境很干净整洁，床品质量很好，像我这样认床的人都很快就入眠了。地理位置也非常优越，紧邻回民街，钟鼓楼这种景点也是走了没几分钟就到了，非常方便。酒店员工服务热情总体来说也是很高涨，后来加了份早餐尝试了一下，味道还是挺满意的，试一次不错的体验。
