首先两次打电话问路，服务人员明知道有一定距离没有并没有告诉我们需要坐车，大热天还我们顶着太阳走很远，入住以后发现没有热水和空调，打电话给客服，到了晚上热水是开了，可是他们说因为入住人太少不开空调，35度没有空调，窗户没有纱窗又不敢开窗户怕有蚊子，一晚上闷热得不行了。条件实在不怎么样。
