这是我目前住过服务最差的酒店，位置确实方便，房间也大，但是第一天办理入住的时候，前台服务态度就爱搭不理，房间在8楼，酒店7楼是餐厅，一进入房间，油烟闻到呛鼻，无法入住，去前台要求更换房间，前台又是爱搭不理，嫌人事多的表情，换了房间，房间换到9楼，说9楼是精选房要补差价，差价是补了，但房间没有什么区别，还没有wife，哪里看出精选的样子，退房的时候也是一样，说了退房，收走房卡，也没有回应，让人在旁边等了半天，问了一下退完了没有，前台居然问我你是哪间房，真是醉人的服务，差评，差评……特别差……

房间还可以，比较大，位置也比较好，不过服务简直是实在太差了，前台服务态度很差劲，咨询的时候爱搭不理，第一天入住给的房间，一进去一股油烟的味道，特别呛人，要求换房间，前台态度特别差，一脸不愿意，爱搭不理，换了房间后，居然没有wife，我也是醉了，退房也是，速度超级慢，真的没有遇到态度这么差的酒店。强烈不推荐！

酒店位置很好，正在小寨中心，逛街购物，吃饭都非常方便，前台吴豆豆，张明月的服务态度非常好，微笑服务，让人如沐春风。不论是环境设施还是服务人员都让人有种回家的感觉，金莎精选酒店出行首选

和同一栋楼的金沙酒店差距太大，设施陈旧，服务和卫生条件一般，如果洗浴太迟水温不高，唯一的优点就是位置好，吃喝购物都方便。
