第一天到西安后立刻赶去办入住，我们订了三天标准间，结果酒店非说两天，花了很长时间多次和同程客服投诉和酒店交涉，最后才知道是因为酒店预订部工作人员的疏失，错把三天记成了两天导致的（酒店前台女经理亲口承认）！重点来了，一个臭脸前台（被酒店前台经理亲口承认只上班四、五天）说，只能办两天房卡，最后一天要到期后续卡，我们表示因为酒店疏失导致给我们带来麻烦，不合理！最后废话好久，酒店前台经理出面，称房卡改为了三天！结果使用后发现还是两天！到了房间门口又下来续卡！我真是呵呵了！br最后一天退房更奇葩！早上九点半到前台，挤满了人！为什么会用挤这个字呢？因为办的超级慢！为什么慢呢？因为前台工作混乱，大家按照秩序排队半天，结果插队的人不排就给办了，明明给了房卡押金条，前台自己放迷糊了，却大声指责住客称没有给，什么态度！并且造成多位退房住客不满，与前台发生争吵！甚至有人办退房用了半个多小时！四个工作人员啊！最后感慨一下，他们是怎么申请上的三星呢？！图是退房的照片

酒店前台可能看我们是第三方软件预订的房间，服务态度差，但是酒店的住宿设施，自助早餐都还不错。

第一天入住了后来又在网上续住的。可是第二天的房间特别小，设施也不齐全，1.5的床还是，退房时还变相扣了40
