酒店位置不错，就在北大街上，出门到各个景点都有公交可坐，离钟鼓楼两站路，离火车站两站路，出门就有公交站，房间还行，灯光不够明亮，总体来说比较满意，连住了三个晚上，不给我退房延迟，因是下午四点的火车，十二点退了房后，在外面吃了中饭，在酒店大堂一直等到三点才离开，如能延迟到两点退房就更完美了，希望以后服务能更贴心一点。

位置很好，方便，出门有多条公交线路。房间大，没异味，靠里的房间相当安静，带着老人小孩旅游以轻松为主，中午还能睡个午觉，舒服。房间卫生一般，烧水壶上面玻璃板一层灰，还好房间灯光暗淡，也看不太出来。前台某些服务员态度有待改进，亲眼见着跟顾客闹不愉快。空洞不能调温，我的房间床位正对空调，最小档的温度也冷呀!
