提前很长时间预订了这家酒店，准备春节到西安旅游，结果第二天就要入住了，给我打电话说没房间，让我自己再找酒店，感觉酒店很不负责，本来服务行业诚信就很重要，这样没诚信的酒店以后不会再考虑！！！

服务很好啊 楼下有免费车位 但需要早点去停 不然晚了就要停楼下的地下车库 按小时收费 我有一晚停了60 酒店的位置也不错

刚入住感觉还可以，前台服务比较好，房间热水也很好，但是电视柜后边有卫生纸，还有一只白色袜子，客房态度差，这一点让我直接语言无法表达，我的药没了，客房说没见，那就是酒店有鬼了，不过感谢前台，大半夜为了找药，还把自己的充电器借我用，卫生是真差
