前台服务滞后，空调基本没用，室内温度一直在二十六到二十八度徘徊。白天开了一天空调温度没有降下来晚上热得不行就把窗户打开，来维修人员以打开窗户所以不能制冷为由告诉我们空调是没有问题的，是我们的使用方法有问题。节假日调高价格也就罢了，服务却没能跟上，第二晚果断换酒店。
