从未给任何酒店写过评论，今天实属于反映具体情况，什么酒店，明明在网上预购的双人床，去了之后就给人一张小型单人床，还说是什么mini的，进入房间后一看，一张床不说，地方超级小，还把责任归咎于美团没有审批好图片放到网上了，要求换，经理店员态度非常恶劣，我想说，现在生意这么难做，你们这不是纯属坑人么，这样的酒店此生最后一次，在也不会去，学习学习人家维也纳酒店的服务精神和酒店设施吧，希望预订时多长点心眼，再也不要预订了
