优点：位置好、交通还行、房间大小合格。缺点：毫无隔音，不是楼下过的车都能听见响。水管子经常出声，吵了一宿，别的屋稍微大点声说话都能听见。开始给配的水壶根本没刷干净，得亏留了个神没喝。洗手池还不在厕所里我也是头一次见。
