每次出差西安都住这个酒店，总体还行，服务态度很好，看中他家接送机，但是每次司机都是说到时间出发，3小时一班，有时打电话让司机等两分钟都不等，打电话给前台让给司机说，前台也是让自己给司机打，我能给司机说清楚还让你说啊，价格本来就不算便宜，订你家不就看中服务的吗？如果是商务出差我还是愿意住4星。
