酒店真的是细节比较到位，态度也好，还有免费水果零食，很人性化可以延时退房，虽然酒店房间不是很大但是算是精品五星酒店了，住过其他五星酒店也没他们服务好，唯一点不好早上早饭后听到不雅声音！

非常非常好的酒店，服务细致周到，不用预留押金，不用办理退房手续，早餐超级丰富，地理位置优越，下楼走几步就是钟楼，出门就是公交站，去回民街和永兴坊都很方便，建议来西安旅游的朋友选择住美豪

携程把这个酒店放在四星酒店类别里，实在是不够。我评价他属于快捷酒店类型。先说硬件：1．酒店没有停车的地方，临时停车上下客人只能在快车道上违法停车。西安的自行车道现在改为公交专用道，所以现在酒店出门除了人行道就是公交专用道，接送客人的车都不敢过来。所以现在只能再跨过公交车道在快车道上非法停车。2酒店除了早餐其余时间不提供正常的餐饮服务。虽然他们提供免费的水果、粥等小吃。3服务水平不够，餐厅里桌上放着提供的餐饮服务项目，你问服务员这些食物可以提供吗？他们说现在不提供。我建议他们先把这牌子收起来，以免误导旅客，他们又拒绝。见图片。
