酒店设施和服务都很好，就是太香了，那种香气闻着头疼……其他的都挺好的，位置优越，离各个景点都挺近的，下次去西安还会住在这里

酒店离地铁口很近，装修环境很好很干净，预定的是398的房间，来了之后没房间免费升级了599房间，服务态度很好，半夜2点还给送被子 很及时，离店东西没办法放，在前台还可以免费寄存，全程服务态度一级棒！性价比超级高！为丽呈睿轩爆灯 下次来还会入驻！

离开西安已十多天了，但仍经常回味美豪鼓楼东大街店给我们留下的美好温馨的记忆。服务人员见面就打招呼，使人感到亲切。我们年纪有点大了，老太有点感冒，李金秀帮我们拿感冒药，临走时还送我们一幅皮影画，情谊重啊！在此再次表示衷心的感谢！还有晁素萍、陈城刚送水果、酸奶到房间，王君梅送问候语，杨顺帮我们拿行李送下楼，等等。宾至如归，就像到家一样！谢谢他(她)们！
酒店位置很好，在市中心鼓楼，到哪里都方便。有停车场，停车场几位师傅也很好，帮我们调整车位提供方便，很负责。
早餐很丰富，还有现做的“堂食区”，见图片。总之性价比高，下次来还住他家。
