整体服务一级赞，特别好，每个员工都会跟客人打招呼，非常满意！房间也很大，就是有两个问题，一个是房间的窗帘，其中一头无法拉严实，导致太阳光直射脸上…很尴尬，其次，房间有很大的投影设备和很好的音响设备，但是无法连接手机或者iPad ，也不能安装视频App ，只能直播看电视或者看老掉牙的电影，实在太可惜了，建议连接网络，增设连接手机或者iPad 功能，

服务热情周到，酒店设施还是不错👍的。位置位于西安高新区。停车方便还有免费洗车和洗衣服的服务。晩上还送水果果盘。提一点意见：洗澡水一会儿热一会儿冷。不好调节。果盘最好用保鲜膜包裹一下。现在还有些城市还没有连锁酒店，希望能够普及。值得推荐的一个酒店。
