酒店服务贴心周到，让人有家的温馨和感觉，房间布置也特别有特色，很喜欢，楼下有个外婆印象的餐厅，强烈推荐他家的满堂飘香鸡，味道真心不错

强烈好评，推荐！这是我们一家三口出游，住过最好的酒店。酒店地理位置优越交通便利，设施很完善，也很新。我们入住的家庭房，有投幕电影，床铺软硬适中，干净整洁，服务人员都是拿着蓝色的荧光灯来清理床铺！这家酒店最大的特色，就是服务周到热情。从进酒店门，每一个服务人员包括工勤人员，都停下手中的活，面向顾客微笑打招呼问好。酒店大堂有免费的水果饮料，饮用水在每个楼层电梯间都免费使用，无限量供应！早餐到十点半，菜式丰富，17点起还有免费茶点，客房中赠送免费小食品，晚上赠送水果盘和特色饮品，非常周到！周边距离很多餐饮中心很近，还有大型购物广场，配套设施非常齐全。我们第一次住的房间空调制冷不好，很痛快的给换了另一间亲子房，还一个劲儿的道歉，令人感到备受尊重，宾至如归。总之是非常满意，全五星好评，下次再来西安还会入住，到其他城市如果有美豪连锁店，也会积极考虑👍👍

绝对服务一流！👍对于我们自驾游的洗衣服是最重要的，不光有两只洗衣机，还有一只烘干机。第二晚洗的衣服很多，23点放进去洗的，第二天去准备烘干，居然都已经烘干叠好放在袋子里了。酒店随处都有矿泉水，出门前带两瓶。离地铁3号线700米，交通也很方便。其他也不多说了
