宾馆有点老，设施一般，比较陈旧。房间比较整洁干净，位置好，距离万达很近，距离地铁口也比较近出行方便。服务员态度好，热情周到。

酒店位置很好，去哪都方便，地铁口走路不到两分钟就到了。房间里的网络不是很好，我们用的是自己的网络，因为我们定的是连续两天嘛，第2天出去玩的时候，回来的时候发现已经有阿姨把房间打扫过了，如果说连订不想让别人进来打扫，最好是和前台提前说一下，我们没说他们这边的人都给打扫了，然后牙刷呀拖鞋呀什么的都换成了新的。总体来说还是不错的吧，出去玩的话，这个价格在西安的话还是比较便宜的，很不错。

普通房型价格便宜。酒店位置很好，基本在大雁塔、小雁塔、青龙寺、古城墙、钟鼓楼、回民街这几个景点的中央位置。到这几个景点距离不超过5公里。并且门口有公交车站，走100米左右是地铁4号线李家村站。该宾馆是煤炭研究院的宾馆，分为普通间和豪华间两栋楼，院里有停车场，住宿免费停车。疫情期间不提供早餐。

酒店位置非常好，旁边就是万达广场，门口就是地铁，到大雁塔10分钟，出行非常方便，前台热心礼貌，非常亲和，是不是漂亮的女孩都这样，下次来西安还住这家酒店，强烈推荐

休息睡觉过夜可以选择，环境还可以地理位置很好寻找，离地铁站近。情侣或者找人和谐不是很建议、隔音不好。如果一个人住闲着无聊用网络看电影啊打游戏啊那就很不建议，网络不是一般的差、王者荣耀我先试了一局匹配卡到我想摔手机😓对了还有个别灯的开关不知道是摆设还是坏的、电话只能接不能打前台！
