卫生间门关不上，放间设备太旧，最可恶的是前台服务态度很恶劣，我在网上支付了两百多，退房又扣了两百多，问她，她说我没支付，让我自己查去，就不搭理我了，最后查了网上是担保，这种态度简直就是够了，很生气
