前台的男生办理入住时服务非常好，专业又快速，除了这点，这家酒店没任何好的地方，设施老旧，淋雨要站到鱼缸里的那种，房间没有抽纸，只有厕所里的卷纸，拖鞋也是招待所标准，那种最薄最差的，也没有衣柜，只能挂在架子上，客房服务员态度也是差。一句话，就前台接待可以，其他都太差了

先说环境就是很一般的装修很久的老式酒店那种，配套设施一般，洗澡时都没有防水拖鞋，不是很方便；再说服务态度真的是很“漫不经心”，好像服务人员是上帝，我们给她们送钱都很不情愿的接受，如果不是离机场巴士站比较近，方便第二天的行程，是绝对不会再选它们家的，作为服务行业，真希望你们的领导可以多在这方面再努力一下，多学学别的酒店！最后一点，现在的酒店大部分都是闪住闪退，也很少有押金的，希望你们能改善一下，这点对游客很不方便，又浪费时间!
