总体是非常满意的。
酒店在公寓的18～21楼，上下电梯有的时候不是那么便捷，不过高处确实景观好一些。
先上21楼酒店前台办理入住，效率很高，服务也很不错。
店内设施装潢很不错，不会过分夸张，恰到好处的精致。特别是刚接通电源时音箱传出的音乐让人觉得很惊喜，音质很棒，音乐也很有活力。
床铺很舒适，枕头也很舒服。
酒店的手机信号比较差，但是Wi-Fi质量很好。
电视就没什么看的了，因为是广电盒子，内容质量太差。

大堂在21，每次上下电梯有些不方便。网络电视资源少，大部分还要收费！ 其他设施很赞！感谢前台张正阳的热情服务，耐心微笑！

酒店很不错，也很安静，设施也很齐全，工作人员的服务态度很好，入住之后还特意打电话询问房间是否满意，值得推荐，可惜照片没有拍到，跟网上的照片是一样的，下次来西安还会再次入住。
