酒店设施没有广告宣传的好，房间不大，没有衣柜可以挂衣服，只有墙上几个钉子挂衣服，酒店早餐食物种类单一，没什么可选择的，性价比不好。前台服务很差，拿了两个房卡，退房时只自己忘记了只退了一个，前台服务员也没有提醒。过后前台打电话来，语气非常傲慢，我们已表示是我们失误，我们拿走房卡没有用处，我们会归还房卡，前台几乎全程是在责怪我们，前台这位女服务员素质非常差！
