酒店的服务整体很差劲 服务意识淡薄 前台的服务员和保安对待客人时基本上看不到笑容，进了这家酒店有一种很压抑的感觉 房间小得要死 并且设施非常陈旧 怎么形容呢有一种快要关门大吉的感觉

服务态度极差:是我住过的酒店服务态度最差的。订房到店后被告知无房。要打电话跟艺龙网对接还被阻拦嘲讽！除了地理位置好外其它基本谈不上性价比。最终经艺龙协调才入住更高价位的房间.下次绝对不会再入住这家酒店。
