房间的电话是个摆设，啥都没有。别的房间的客人走错房间，竟然打开了我房间的门。去前台经理说，系统的问题，难免有这个事情。**，我用我的钥匙开了你家门，这也是难免的事吗？

爱带娃出去玩，一直都在艺龙定房间，主要定境外的比较多，境内的房间第一次用艺龙定。一眼看上这个酒店，跑了将近十五公里找到位置…房间环境还算可以的，只是刚进门会有味道。内地酒店好处就是房间大。但出了点小问题，我们停了车，按小时计费的车位，结果半夜前台打电话到房间，让我们给大巴车挪车位，挪一次、两次、三次的。弄得郁闷死了，最主要是把俩娃吵醒了，大半晚上都不用😪了…找前台投诉，大堂经理立马出来解释，还帮忙找车位，弄得我挺不好意思的^_^如果以后有机会再来西安旅游，应该还会再来这个酒店，冲这个大堂经理来的^_^
