客观的评价，接站服务不错。但是，入住后空调开关坏的，我鼓捣了半天以为我不会开，我打电话给前台，上来了个大叔说保险烧了可能。于是给我另换了个房间，里面味道巨大，根本没法住。特别生气，我就拉行李下楼了说退，结果酒店前台说超过15分钟没法退，捣鼓空调开关湖估计就能花一半时间吧，这难道怪我？酒店前台坚持说不退。快凌晨了，我订了其他酒店，准备和携程交涉此事。我打电话给携程，携程又帮我调解，酒店坚持不退。好在，携程答应给我退。
以前从来没有发生这样的事情，酒店太没有担当了，这怪我么？我不想和酒店吵架，不值得，但是我要把亲身经历写下来。
