非常不错的入住体验，一连住了好几天，特别感谢宾客服务经理phoebe，入住当天身体不太舒服，是她发现了我的异样，很贴心的问我需不需要帮助，在住的几天也打电话关心我的健康状况，我也住过不少酒店，在这里我体会到了不一样的服务，是真正发自内心的关心，让我觉得非常温暖。要给她点一个大大的赞👍。

酒店的服务实在不敢恭维！订了两天的房间因考试把车停在了停车场，下午1点半考试，因还要住一晚又叫不上车，情急之下自己开车出停车场，结果这位大哥厉害了，不交钱就是不放行！解释了半天说我先去考试下午就回来给你们补上手续，还告诉这位👴房间号了。因快到点说了半天好话就是不开！！！无语！本来出门在外想途个方便谁知酒店名字起的大气，服务实在无语！早饭128不知道吃什么？？？哈哈下次可别上当了！
