晚上帮朋友的家长在艺龙预定了两间预付房间，预订电话留的家长的，酒店已经确定订单了，快12.了打电话说“我们酒店都和艺龙不合作了，您吧艺龙订单退了吧，我们给你订成午夜房，还更便宜。”可是酒店确认订单后根本退步了，而且是预付，退订单也不退钱。二半夜了先让朋友们住下了，跟酒店协商后，艺龙的订单退步了就不退了就那么住吧，也大过年的，也不享受便宜的午夜房，就住艺龙价吧，我一味的退了订单，那个接电话的姑娘就要补订单价钱，我想就算了吧，我也理解。但是我一再要求酒店给我的客人去解释一下这个事情的前因后果，让朋友们住的也安心些。可是呢可是！第二天朋友们退房时竟然让补40元差价！搞笑呢，朋友叔叔生气的和前台员工理论，才没有付这个差价，等我再打电话到酒店询问情况时，被告知“我们跟艺龙合作着呀！我们没有要求客人可以补差价呀！”您跟我这儿卖萌呢，大过年的我叔跟你员工吵架玩儿呢，对于出现问题没有解释道歉，只是一味的摆正自己没有错的态度，实在难以理解。对于这种自己和艺龙什么关系都搞不清楚，员工交接不清不楚，对待问题解释不清楚的酒店，我是绝对不会再定第二次了，也更不会给朋友预定，来损我的面子1109 1115差评
