硬件不错，交通方便。前台太差，缺乏专业素质。退房时查房7分钟后没任何反应，询问，前台面无表情，除了会说“等下”！她以为大家都和她一样整天没事干！

酒店在西安市莲湖区西二环附近，靠近土门商圈和地铁一号线开远门地铁站，门口公交站牌，交通比较方便。酒店有二十几层，大堂在二楼，房间面积比较大，视野很好，可以看到很远，设施设备比较全，但不是很新，窗户隔音不是很好。前台多数服务员的服务还可以。

交通便利，在西二环，环境还算可以，就是厕所有点小，没有免费矿泉水，床还算舒适，电视有点小，出差会经常来
