1：酒店还比较好找做出租车🚕直接到门口。br2:提前预定的日期订错了酒店还帮忙改了日期。br3:因为有6个人小小的聚会提前跟酒店沟通，酒店客服跟工程部帮我们提前摆好桌椅，很是贴心。br4:客房服务做的也很好，在楼道里碰到都会打招呼房间也很干净。br5：客服张雪小妹还帮我们冒雨出去买我们聚会的茶点，布置好果盘，细心耐心的服务真心不错。br以后住房就找你家了。

第二次来住了非常好，房间大，干净卫生，房间海有免费的2瓶矿泉水，非常感动的是递的快递西瓜小姐姐都帮忙取回来送到房间，樱桃跟葡萄还帮我倒茶水谢谢你们感觉到大美西安人民的热情了…………

超级满意，住过环境好的酒店，但没住过服务那么好的铁通噢，每个工作人员都带着微笑，有求必应，服务周到没有一丝不耐烦，连住三晚每天打扫干干净净，还帮忙整理房间。而且国庆期间居然没涨价，惊喜。去市中心也很方便打车一会就到，建议嘀嘀打车。白天滴滴很安全很热情。下次来西安一定还住铁通！
