充电器落到酒店，一开始打电话让酒店人员给寄，酒店人员答应了，后来再打电话就不接了，然后打前台电话客服说帮忙给寄，结果寄来是坏的，一个充电器没多少钱只是这个诚信很让人生气😐

第一次住途家，感觉非常好。有家的温馨，有冰箱、燃汽灶、洗衣机、吧台、衣帽间等。特别是1.35米的床非常适合一家三口。设备设施、卫生、服务、位置都很好，性价比高。门口就是公交车站，离就地铁几分钟。对面就是万达广场、苏宁广场零距离。唯独马桶下漏水不太好，洗澡要是有淋浴房就好了，放沐浴露的架子最好换一个，容易碰伤肩膀。柜子很多，房间设计很紧凑，空间利用率高。服务员很礼貌、规范。一句话，不错！！！
