住过这么多酒店，不得不吐槽这个酒店服务是最差的。住了4晚，每天免费的矿泉水不给，房间卫生不清洁，地巾不更换只是翻个面继续用，其它的浴巾毛巾就不知道了，垃圾袋不套，客厅餐巾纸不补充，茶叶包就第一天是4包，剩下3天都是空的，最可气的是浴室里的香皂用了3天也不补给我块新的，袜子都不能洗了，真是忍无可忍打给客服后再送过来的，还有很多…只能差评

酒店环境非常好，离回民街、钟鼓楼、古城墙（南门）都很近，走路10分钟左右到，因为定的房间没有了，前台给做了免费升级，态度也非常好，下次来还会入住。
