周围是个海鲜市场巨臭！路也不好走！停车的地方是地下停车场里面很重的鱼腥味！宾馆感觉是个住宅房改的、环境一般感觉不值这个价！但十一期间放假都高。

这次去西安办事，顺便游玩，一开始在网上订了旅店，可早上到了这家旅店后，发现没有房间，据旅店的工作人员说客人没有退房，下午2点以后再说。并且告知不能确定保证有房间，而且当时已有2个已订好房间的人也在等待。我当时很生气，我在同程网上订了很多产品从来没有遇到这样的事，后来我打同程网的热线电话，同程网的客服知道这次事后，立即帮我重新订了这家旅店。并把我之前订的旅店也退掉了，虽然浪费了一点时间，还比较顺利，在此感谢同程网，也同时希望这种不守信用的旅店不要挂在网上，以免给游客带来不必要的麻烦。
