前台服务很热情。房间宽敞整洁，冰箱电脑很商务。虽然没有送水，但是电梯口有桶装水可以接。西安夏天还挺热，中央空调不论怎么调室温都是29度，可以说比较凉快，但是配的被子太厚了，盖了就嫌热，不盖又有点冷。。。

酒店位置很优越，到火车站步行10分钟，离1号地铁站5分钟的路程吧！酒店门口地铁好像说明年就通了，交通便利，酒店设施设备很有特色！工作人员也热情接待！值得推荐！
