  前台赵梦彤很热情，到的时间有点早，在我们等候的时候主动提供好多瓶矿泉水，酒店是公寓性质，所以人没觉得那么多，走廊有股说不上来的气味，可能是霉味？反正不好闻，建议走廊过道可以放点香薰的哈。房间还是很干净的，有股淡淡的清香，两居室对于带小孩老人出行太完美了，空间也足够大。家电一应俱全，厨房的锅生锈了，我们也没用。值得赞的是跟前台说明儿子生日，还送了蛋糕和气球🎈。酒店位置在不夜城尾端，入住几天晚上都去逛了，因为大夜城是晚上才开始的，也导致了酒店附近白天还是比较冷清的，附近的很多商店早上10点才开门。如果早起吃早饭的不好找早餐店，我们有次走到了大雁塔附近吃的早餐，这点有点崩溃。公寓现在也推出了早餐，88一位，我们没定，去隔壁酒店的话好像158还是168来着，看网上评价一般所以就没考虑了。如果喜欢美食的可能还是钟楼附近更适合哈，最后放几张房间图片供参考

  住过很多酒店和公寓，温德姆在我心底留下了一抹温暖，如初秋的霞光带着笑意，让我为数不多的假期填满了幸福记忆，这一切就从我们满怀憧憬踏进公寓的大门起，因为公寓的前台有位阳光美丽姑娘，她叫刘群，她接过了我们的行李，安排了满意的房间，很好的位置，就仿佛我们是来亲戚家度假一样，让我一下就喜欢上了这里。这次还未离开就期待着下次的到来。

  全部满分好评！国庆假期一家四口西安旅游，太适合带孩子的家庭入住了，地理位置太好了，就在大唐不夜城边上，下楼就可逛。公寓大堂堪比五星级酒店，六部电梯，速度很快。房间很大，厨房，双卫，洗衣房，客厅，餐厅，一应俱全。装修现代典雅，全石材卫生间，智能马桶，高仪洁具，唯一遗憾就是电视机不是智能的，重要的是床品用的非常好，房间非常隔音睡了三晚好觉。而且性价比太高了，婚庆期间全季那种小房间商务酒店都卖七八百，一千多住这样的房间，千值万值！以后来西安就住他家了，还有，前台美女服务特别好！这酒店，满分！

  酒店环境特别好，大堂高端大气上档次，酒店房间很宽敞，很新，房间卫生也特别好，很干净，特别要说一下酒店的服务，酒店服务员素质超好，来到酒店感觉回到家那样温暖温馨，说到这里不得不说一下酒店大堂的苏宪锋先生，对待客人特别热情周到，可以看得出是一位非常负责任的工作人员，很细心，很周到，服务态度特别好，有需要可以随时处理好，在此对这位工作人员特别提出表扬和感谢，就冲着酒店这种服务和酒店有那么高素质的工作人员，以后还会继续选择这家酒店公寓，也会推荐身边的亲友们来到西安就住这家酒店公寓。还有就是酒店地理位置佳，楼下旁边就是大唐不夜城，走路15分钟可到大雁塔，距离大唐芙蓉园也很近，交通便利，楼下周边有大商场，盒马鲜生，星巴克，非常推荐大家来，特别是拖家带口的，有老人有孩子的，特别推荐。

  喜欢西安小吃，一年会来两次。这是疫情后第一次带着老父亲出门，考虑一起住可以照顾，特意选个两室公寓。前台的态度有宾至如归的感觉，不仅仅是微笑或贴心，闲谈之间关心的更多～中间去壶口，离店退房一次，前台小姐姐了解是否对房型满意，是否需要回来的时候继续住这间，当知道我们准备买水带着，立即转身去拿酒店的拎袋让我们拎水。大堂很大，超过住过的几家公寓酒店，房间淡色调，经常住酒店会关注细节，各角落很干净，家具和设施一点不像14年装修的酒店，落地窗外能看见大雁塔。性价比很高，一次非常棒的住宿体验，以后来西安继续这里～
