酒店位置还是比较好的，就是停车不方便，停在万达地下停车库，上来再换成酒店的卡，住酒店一天停车20元。酒店旁边吃的很方便

想不到，停车竟然收费。最受不了的是酒店提供的停车卡还要先拿卡再停车，如果不知道的人，还要把车重新开出停车场，再重新走一次。最重要的是前台接待也不说清楚，等到第二天要停车卡，已经用不了了。

酒店非常好，性价比高，干净卫生，位置优越，离钟楼走路15分钟左右，楼下有各种小吃的地方。交通方便，服务人员热情周到，房间高大上，已经是忠实顾客啦！值得推荐和信赖！

服务很棒，一进大堂就有服务小姐给送一杯酸梅汁，非常贴心；房间很大且干净，设施较全；酒店离钟楼很近，步行约15分钟；周围吃饭方便，旁边就有个魏家凉皮连锁店；可以下午2:00之前退房，赞一个；来旅游的客人比较多。不足：房间好像没有洗衣袋。总之，值得推荐

酒店位置好，出行方便，房间很大，特别干净，开了好几年的店房间里一点霉味都没有，每个房间每天都赠两瓶矿泉水，方便客人饮用。前台，保洁服务好，非常好的一家酒店，在网上订的价位也不高，来西安首选性价比高的酒店，值得推荐。
