虽然酒店工作人员有打电话确认几点到，但是，一到西安又通知说我订的房间之前入住的客人没有退房，要我们另外想办法。***，我付钱定好了酒店，你的客人没走应该是酒店找之前入住的客人沟通，为什么是要我们让步。好不容易住进去了，热水器是坏的，洗澡洗到一半出来的是冷水，问酒店工作人员，他们让继续放水，哥们，我都放了二十分钟了，还是有问题。不会再住了。

酒店的地理位置很棒，离钟楼回民街，永兴坊都特别近，走路去钟楼也就十分钟，离公交站也很近，坐公交也方便，然后房间的设施设备都很好，空间也很大，而且还有一个阳台，刚好留我们放皮箱用，而且价钱还便宜。还有就是我们早上六点多就入住了。而且最晚是下午两点退房哦，（因为之前住的都是中午十二点退房），还有就是前台有一个超级漂亮的小姐姐，人超级温柔，超级好，以后朋友来西安玩就推荐这里了，总之酒店就是超级nice~😆️
