设施齐全，服务好，卫生也是棒棒的，每天都有人来打扫，地理位置很好，去西安的各个景点都特别方便，打车都不超过10元，性价比也是挺高的。

服务阿姨要给个赞，打扫得干干净净的.阿姨服务也特别好.最让人无法接受的事情是：刚到酒店，跟我说其中有一天要涨价，需要另加钱，我当时都蒙圈了，这么多年住酒店也没有过这个情况.于是联系了小艺的客服，5分钟解决了.所以大家千万要注意呀！这种操作真的给来西安减分！

酒店的位置很好找，而且位置也很好，离端履门站很近，服务态度，环境卫生，入住感觉都很满意。本来就是出来玩儿的，选择这里很满意。周围还有吃的。

那个女前台态度特别差，我在网上预订了两天，到酒店后交了二百押金，后来又在前台交了三天房费，说是和网上价格一样，我才又交了三天房费，结果到退房的时候，又莫名其秒的涨价了。一天涨了比网上贵了好几十块钱，都从押金里面扣了，我让那个前台给我解释为什么跟之前交房费说的价格和他们开的票据不符合，那女的还大声吼着说就得按她说的价格算。本来押金条上和开的票据上押金应该退二百多的，最后就给我退了一百多块钱。我不是在意那几十块钱的事，感觉有点被欺骗的感觉。尤其是那女前台的态度让我心情很不好。
