我退房的时候比较急，因为有人在等我赶时间，但是服务人员还是不紧不慢的，虽然前面还有人退房，但是他们的态度并不是很好，希望有待提高。

不喜欢地毯，感觉很脏，让清洁过来吸地，态度不错，不过一共就吸了十几秒，随便捣鼓两下，个人很反感宾馆房间铺脏兮兮的地毯
