我带着宝宝在前台办理入住的时候就说了给安排较安静的房间，可是进房发现在临街，好吧！算了，懒得换了，可是房间空调开了一直不暖和，找前台却说这个房间的空调坏了，我很气愤😠大人不说了，明明知道我带着小孩却给我安排这样的房间，请问前台的工作人员是怎样的心里，如果是因为标间没有了，可以和我提前沟通是否需要换下别的房型，我只能说这样的前台太没有职业道德和操守。
