这个酒店交通十分便利，一楼有停车场呢就是停车位不多，建议去的早一点，前台在6楼呢需要坐电梯上楼不是在一楼，当天去的时候前台的小栗跟小段办理入住很热情还给我们介绍周边的路线，退房还给我拿了几瓶水在路上喝，很贴心的服务，再来西安一定还住这个酒店.

还不错的一家酒店，前台在六楼，酒店大门在地铁出来的后边，大家第一次住的话需要注意一下的，房间里边进去的话，感觉也还行，床睡着不错，早餐说是中西结合的，意思就是，有大家平时喝的稀饭，蔬菜之类的，也有面包牛奶，酸奶，水果等等，简单吃一口，方便，然后退房不用等，说是直接可以离店，节省了时间，后来因为需要开发票，又联系了酒店，前台一位小张帮忙给开的，然后寄给我，很不错的服务态度，值得赞??一下这位员工，整体感觉下来都还不错，所以下次有机会再住……

已经第三次入住该酒店了，再次感谢酒店前台，很惊喜又给我们升级了房型！房间宽敞干净，设施齐全，保洁每天打扫也很及时，因疫情学校需要视频考试，前台帮我联系了餐厅，在贵宾厅完成了视频考试，还给我们房间换了大灯泡便于孩子学习，真的太太太贴心了！
