酒店前台特别坑 预定成功过来办理入住 前台告知没有房间 我询问酒店前台 为什么会显示酒店订单确认 经过我有理有据的理论 酒店 告知给我免费升级房间 入住后 发现根本没有升级 就是我预定的房型 这种酒店 明明确确的店大欺客行为啊

来西安玩，酒店位置超级超级好，去哪都很方便，酒店服务也很好，第一天到的比较早还没有房间退下来，前台为了让我们能够入住休息免费给升级了一晚，特别贴心。位置可以说很黄金了去哪里都近，酒店楼下许多好吃的小馆子，太好了！
