特别不好的酒店，下午在前台办了一下入住在酒店吃的饭，临时有事不能住了，因为房间没动，所以想问问可不可以退，不能退就算了，有个姓查的前台刷了400的预售，晚上八点左右办完手续前台说了可以走了，走了之后一直不见预售退回来，所以打电话问，叫查萌的前台说因为她工作失误一个月才能退，我问其他解决办法，她让我过去退，因为酒店位置比较远，我去挽回我的损失还要有成本，所以就不愿意，我要求她们想其他办法来解决此事，而查姓前台电话中出言不逊，说没见过我这么然的顾客，真是无语了。然而现在已经过去半个月酒店一直让等没有给出一个解决办法。太坑！希望酒店管理人员能将此事善始善终。
