因出差经常来这酒店入住，这次使我非常不满意，电视机总机顶盒两天都坏的，没有及时维修，至使不能看世界杯足球赛，前台服务态度非常差，结账时要求提供流水账以显示入住记录，但电脑打印出来的是“零”消费。这是落后前台系统，这与网络订房公司无关，他们推搪因网络订房而他们前台操作系统就显示“零”，这是酒店管理内部问题，太落后及未能满足客人要求，最后一句话都没回应就下班走人，太差，太差！永不再入住！
